In detail, you will have the opportunity to examine the nature, extent of financial crimes such as bribery, corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing, insider dealing as well as the law, regulation and policing that surround them. The course also examines institutional responses to financial crime which necessitates an examination of corporate governance, internal controls, red flags and forensic accounting techniques.
