What is the Foundation Degree in Business Management course?
This is a three year course intended for those working in an organisation in a supervisory or management role. It provides students with the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised academic qualification and develop knowledge, understanding and skills to enable them to make a more effective contribution to their organisation and to enhance their career prospects.
NB An interview is required before you can enrol on this course.

Teaching and Learning
The course is a combination of taught units of study, work-based learning and an annual business conference.

Classroom sessions will be a combination of seminars, discussions, group and individual work. You will be encouraged to participate in and contribute to these sessions.

Assessment details
Assessment will be via case study exercises, presentations, coursework, learning logs and a portfolio, together with some time constrained assessments.

Progression
You can progress onto a full Bachelors degree and then a post graduate qualification such as a Masters degree
