You will need a Level 3 qualification such as a BTEC National Diploma, NVQ Level 3 or an 'A' Level equivalent in Health and Social Care or a related subject. You will also need Level 2 Literacy or GCSE English at Grade C or above. Also subject to DBS clearance. Non-traditional access is a possibility if applicants have significant experience and are able to demonstrate an ability to work at the appropriate level.
