The course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to play an active part in Community Work and Employability in Wales. It mixes both academic learning and practical learning to develop a wide range of skills that are sought after by employers in this area. The modules are a mix of the theory of community work and employability and its practical applications in the workplace. A main focus of the course is developing the student into a reflective and independent practitioner.
