What do I need?
The standard entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification (A level/GNVQ) plus three passes at GCSE grade C or above and a minimum of Level 2 Key Skills in Communication, Application of Numbers and IT (or equivalent)

Or one of the following:

• A BTEC National Certificate or Diploma of a good standard
• Advanced GNVQ or AVCE Pass
• Two HEFC Access modules passed

You'll be based at our fantastic £39million Baltic campus on the quayside. The campus has a prime location on Gateshead quayside, and state-of-the-art facilities including a Jacuzzi, gym and sauna, a 200 seat theatre, state-of-the-art classrooms, training kitchen and restaurant, refectory, bistro and vending areas.

How will I be assessed?
Assessment of modules includes a mix of summative and formative elements including case studies, assignments, exams and practical projects.

Can I go onto further study?
Yes, you can go on to BA(Hons) or BSc(Hons) in a related subject.
