If you are interested in studying the humanities, this course covers English Literature, Creative Writing and History. It is a flexible course that gives you a good grounding in all three areas, and teaches you valuable transferable skills for the workplace. You will be encouraged to put some of your new-found skills into practice through a work placement in a related field. A valuable qualification in its own right, the foundation degree is also an ideal stepping stone for further study of English, Creative Writing or History.
This course provides a unique combination of classroom based study and flexible, work based learning. You will benefit from small classes, tailored supervision and the opportunity to complete an honours degree in English, Creative Writing and/or History. You will be encouraged to put your new skills into practice through relevant work placements.
