How will I be assessed? While on the programme, you will be assessed using a variety of methods: assignments, practical work, reports, group presentations, poster presentations and exams (practical and theory). All assessment methods have been designed to focus on skills specific to the industry while incorporating key transferable skills. Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? There will be an additional cost included in the second year fees to cover registration with CILEx. More information regarding these costs will be provided at your interview. What can I do after this course? The Foundation Degree in Paralegal Studies has been developed in response to the growing demand for suitably skilled and qualified paralegals. You will graduate with a vocational qualification that will allow you to pursue a variety of career paths in business and legal environments. In addition, you will have the opportunity to progress to other areas of business and legal studies such as professional examinations or a full honours degree providing you meet the minimum threshold for the programme.
