Psychology is an exciting, real-world science and this course provides a unique insight into how we behave. Many jobs put psychology into practice, from management and human resources to managing a factory shop floor, or running a business.
The only one of its kind in the region, this course combines academic study with work placements designed to highlight the range of different careers available.
You will also have an opportunity to try out specialist equipment and scientific software through guest sessions at the University of South Wales’s Pontypridd Campus.

About this course

The second year of the of the BSc (Hons) Psychology at the University of South Wales (a British Physological Society accredited degree).

UCAS Tariff - 48 points
A level - DD/EEE
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma - PPP
Access to HE Diploma - Pass
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma - MP
CCC at AS Level would be considered subject to interview and relevant academic experience
Record of prior learning and transfers

Additional information

Tuition fees are £7,500 per year. For academic year 2019/20, students will need to get a tuition fee loan for the full amount. The College is offering a £1,000 bursary per year towards full time HE courses starting in September 2019 (this is dependant on satisfactory course progression).
