Foundation Degree - Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND)

This course is designed to develop the capacity to evaluate, analyse and critically engage in the field of SEND, using a range of learning, teaching and assessment activities. Based in the state of the art LLDD Centre of Excellence at Southgate Campus there is a high degree of work based learning employed and using a blended learning approach where students engage in e-learning opportunities as well as independent self-directed study. As a partner student you will be granted access to the University's online learning environment 'University of Derby Online (UDo)'. From within UDo you will be able to access the University's Library (including an extensive range of eBooks, eJournals, audio and video resources), course resources related to your programme and your grades.
