Aiming to provide an understanding of some key theoretical concepts, the course helps participants to explore how psychoanalytic theory can relate to their own personal and professional experience through a series of six weekend workshops comprising seminars, small group discussions and experiential groups.

Course programme
This introductory course offers an opportunity to begin to develop an
understanding of some key theoretical concepts and how they are used in
practice. Participants will be able to explore how the concepts relate to their
own personal and professional experience.
Who the course is for
The course is suitable for people who have no or little experience of working
therapeutically as well as for those working in the helping professions, such as
the NHS, social services, counselling and non-psychoanalytic forms of
therapy. It may be especially suitable for those thinking about training in
psychotherapy in the future, or those who would like to see how an
understanding of psychoanalytic ideas might inform their thinking in their
workplace or in other contexts.

Jungian Theory - 2 weekends

Course Leaders
The course will be taught by experienced BAP psychotherapists, currently
working in private practice and/or in a range of other settings.
Course Times/Place
The course will take place at BAP, 37 Mapesbury Road, London NW2 4HJ,
from 9.30 - 4.45 on Saturdays and 9.00 - 4.30 on Sundays.
Course Fees
Course fee is £1200. The total course fee is payable on application. If
preferred three instalments of £400 are acceptable, the second and third
becoming due at the beginning of each term.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made no later than
four weeks prior to the commencement of the course are eligible for a full
refund minus an administration charge of £25.The BAP welcomes applications
