What I would highlight: Through this course I found that all that I think about weight reduction was false, I took in a considerable measure of new things from hormones of food to brain research behind weight gain or loss, all that I learned was a genuine revelation for me. I have delighted in all that I considered in this course, I took in a great deal of new vital stuff about weight reduction. Everything in the course was pleasant.

What I would highlight: Truly every section had what is coming to it of a-ha minutes, yet I particularly delighted in and appreciated how detailed the course ran with phytochemicals, basic supplements and cell reinforcements and how I could without much of a stretch see where individuals who were near me and myself missed the mark. This course has made me certain that I can roll out constructive improvements in people groups lives to help them to improve things.

Research Director and Lead Scientist

I lead our research division at The Health Sciences Academy, where the team and I make sense of complex scientific literature and translate it into easy-to-understand practical concepts for students. I love everything to do with nutritional sciences, cravings and food addiction, neurochemistry and nutrigenomics (how food compounds switch genes on and off).
