Foundation Degree in Music Practice or equivalent.

Assessment:
Some modules will be assessed through performance and practical demonstration of skills. Other modules will be assessed through a variety of methods including essays, portfolios of evidence and the production of recordings.

Academic Progression:
Entry into a variety of music professions or progression to Post-Graduate qualifications in music teaching, lecturing or further study.

Course Outline
Modular structure including options for composition, music business, performance, creative music technology and musicology.

Methods of Teaching and Learning
Lectures, seminars, demonstrations, tutorials, supported individual project work.

This programme is offered only as a top-up (articulated progression route) from a relavent Foundation Degree.
