Course Details

Beauty therapy skills eg: Manicure Pedicure Facials Eye treatments Waxing Make-up techniques Electrical and mechanical facial treatments Body massage Indian head massage IT and data handling Related theories in science Business and marketing Possible additional subjects and qualifications: Functional skills in ICT Application of Number Communications

Qualifications required:
A minimum of 4 GCSEs (grades A - C), including English, Maths and Science and at least 1 other subject. ESOL students must have achieved level 2 prior to application. Students should be self-motivated, hard working, enjoy working with people, have plenty of stamina and energy, prepared to work long hours including evenings and Saturdays, prepared to undertake own research and do written work in own time, work to tight deadlines, be punctual and have excellent attendance.

1year (full-time and 14hrs part-time)
