Course Details

Units studied include: Government Policies Team Leadership Citizenship Understanding Discipline Diversity Physical Preparation and Fitness Crime and its effects Outdoor and Adventurous Expeditions The planning for and management of major incidents

Qualifications required:
4 GCSEs (grades A-C) or First Diploma. Students must demonstrate skill and commitment to the course through interview and skills assessment workshops.

Course length:
2 years.

Venue:
The Learning Zone at the Kingston Communications Stadium.

Progression:
Entry to one of the public services e.g. the Police, Prison Service, Armed forces, Probation Service, Security, Customs and Excise, Coastguards, Fire and Ambulance Services. Progresssion onto an associated Degree course at Hull College or other HE institutions in Criminology/Law etc.
