Course Details

The course is designed to give you a detailed understanding of Chemical Science and the application of science to real situations in the workplace. During the 2 years, you will study 18 units. Qualifications required:
You will normally need to have a least one of the following: at least four GCSE's at grades A - C which include Double Award Science, Mathematics and English. an Intermediate GNVQ in a related subject at Merit level a BTEC First Certificate or Diploma in a related subject at Merit level appropriate work experience

Progression:
The National Diploma carries the equivalent UCAS points of 3 A levels in Applied Science (a maximum of 360 UCAS points), which on completion allows you to choose whether to seek a job straight away or progress to University first.
