course aims
This course aims to provide learners with a taster course in care.

course content
This course is an introduction to care for students working at Access 3 level. The course covers health, social and childcare as well as ASDAN qualifications.

teaching & assessment methods
A range of teaching and assessment methods are used including portfolio work, group work, closed book assessments and project work.

progression route
Students may progress on to Pre-Vocational Care or seek a career in care.
