Course Content:
The course introduces advanced techniques, processes and materials.

Core: Arch Construction, Architectural and Feature Work, Circular Walls on Plan and Elevation, Domestic Heat Appliance Surrounds, External Corners and Piers in Reconstruction, Facing Blockwork and Grass Block Panels, Practical Training Element, Setting Out and Levelling in Domestic Construction, Steps in Brick and Concrete Chambers, Underground Chambers, Underpinning and Shoring in Alterations.

SCQF Level: 6

Entry Requirements:
SVQ Level 3 or relevant industrial experience.

Study Mode:
Part-time.

Progression To:
HNC Construction Practise.
