Course Description:
If you want to work in the catering industry as a manager, this is the course that will start you on your way. The course will give you a good insight into most of the catering environments within the industry.

· planning an event
· kitchen development
· restaurant service
· healthy lifestyles.
Assessment:
You will be assessed through the completion of assignments.

After you have completed the course, you could progress to the BTEC National Diploma or join the industry at a junior management level.
