Subjects include: Stress and Stress management, Explaining Human Behaviour, Enabling Others To Cope With Loss, introduction To Counselling, communication, Special needs and Support services, Working As A Team, First Aid Measures, Substance Use and Misuse, Numeracy, Understanding Mental Health and Mental Illness, Health Promotion, Health and Safety At Work.

Entry Requirements:
Evidence of previous study at Intermediate Level including English, or other relevant qualifications or experience, candidates without formal qualifications are invited to complete a short piece of written work.
