Description
The course follows the AQA examination syllabus. The first year of the course covers British Politics and involves studying voting behaviour, electoral systems, pressure groups, political parties, Prime Ministers and their Cabinets. The second year examines the politics of the USA in comparison with the UK.

Method of Study
4.5 hours weekly of classroom-based activities, lectures and seminars. Independent student study is also required
