This course will give you a taste of sports and fitness and allow you to decide whether a career in this area would be suitable for you. It is aimed at those who perhaps do not meet the entry requirements for NQ Group Awards, but who eventually want to pursue a career in sports or fitness. Within the course you will cover Swimming, a range of sports and fitness activities and Core Skills. The course will be a mixture of theory and practical hands on experience.
