Course Content

The course aims to develop personal, social and vocational skills and helps students to improve basic skills including numeracy, literacy and IT. Students sample a variety of job related skills. To ensure that the needs of each student are met, learning is planned to meet individual requirements. Students may participate in educational visits, foreign travel and leisure activities with the aim of developing their social skills and confidence. The course maybe delivered between Graig, Ammanford and Pibwrlwyd Campuses.

Classroom assistants support the students during all taught sessions and activities.

Method of Assessment

There will be no examinations. Students will be assessed and a portfolio of evidence will be presented to the Edexcel moderator.
