I have a real passion for:

2. Developing people to become the best that they can be.

3. Assisting SME's in getting better at what they are good at through sharing best practise and developing a well balanced team.

I also have a real passion to be the best that I can be by practising what I preach.
I design and deliver bespoke training courses, workshops and seminars, specialising in most aspects of management training, coaching, personal and team development.
I established The Learning Labyrinth (TLL Limited) in 2004 after 16 very successful years providing Training and Development in the Hospitality Industry.

History

My use of accelerated training methods and excellent facilitation skills have grown my reputation as a sought-after trainer while speaker engagements have included several conferences at venues such as Kensington Roof Gardens.
