GCSE Art & Design is a two year modular course which aims to nurture and develop creativity and encourage personal expression.

What you will study

The course is made up as follows:
Two Units of Coursework (30% each) - 60%
External examination - 40%

The Coursework

The coursework has to be produced in TWO dimensions and THREE dimensions. One unit must have a FINE ART outcome and the other unit must have a DESIGN outcome. The coursework areas are:
