This course covers the application of a gel polish nail enhancement to the natural nail without extension, providing a smudge proof and longer lasting polish combined with the use of UV technology.
Course modules include:

Course programme
Procedure is demonstrated by the tutor, learners will then practice the treatment on their model using a colour and a french gel polish application. Learners will be shown how to remove the gel polish safely and effectively. Learners will be assessed on their practical techniques and by written assessment.
Students will be able to provide a UV gel polish service to their clients. Students may wish to apply for any full or part time beauty course at Gower College Swansea.
Students should be qualified in Level 2 Manicure treatments.
