Profile This course trains healthcare professionals in how to integrate genomic technology into patient care. We have developed this course with Health Education England (HEE) and Genomics England Ltd (GeL).

Course programme
The number of modules you study depends on the level of qualification you have chosen:
- Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert): 60 credits
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip): 120 credits
- Master of Science (MSc): 180 credits
You can also choose to study individual modules for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
All taught modules are 15 credits and the majority will require 15 hours of work per week. There are normally 3 or 4 teaching days per module.
Optional module availability may vary depending on how you choose to study:
- full or part time
- full time - September start
- part time - September or January start

Entry Requirements
A honours degree, or international equivalent, in a healthcare profession or relevant discipline if you are already working in healthcare.
We will also consider your application if you have lower or non-standard qualifications and are working in the healthcare profession or related field.
