Geology A-Level is the study of the Earth and the life that has lived on it since it was formed 4.5 billion years ago. It is a fantastic subject for anyone who wishes to study a subject that gives a long term overview to the development of the planet and the processes that happen on it and in it: Global tectonics, Rock Cycle, Economic and Environmental Geology and palaeontology are all subjects that you will cover whilst studying the subject. It is a unifying subject as it brings together a great many strands of other subjects.

To study A-levels you need at least 5 A*- C grades at GCSE, including designated B grades and an average GCSE Score of at least 5. The designated B grades for this can be either English Language, Maths, Science (including single sciences), Geography or History.
