It caters for those who prefer to concentrate exclusively on language learning, without any literature. About this course
The course aims to enable understudies to: Develop translation and reading comprehension skills through the study of texts and audio visual materials varying in tone and register.
Demonstrate an ability to paraphrase selected German texts.
Demonstrate an understanding of key grammatical structures and use more complex grammatical constructions in set grammar exercises and essay writing.
Apply new areas of vocabulary to written work.
