GIE Training was founded by IT professionals with extensive experience of 15 years in software development and testing. The core management team spent their careers in software houses and enterprise organisations in various business arenas. Early on, we took training courses to learn new tools and skills and become better, only to realize soon later how unprepared we came out . Those courses were focused on the text books and on easy examples. However, real life tends to be more complicated then that. Along the years we worked with colleagues and interviewed candidates who graduated professional IT courses with certifications to show, but couldn’t deal with day to day challenges. This is when we realised there is something wrong in the way IT courses are taught, and decided to make a change and help other IT professionals improve their skills and be better prepared for those tough challenges out there.
