All business organisations rely on enterprise and innovation to ensure their sustained growth and ability to adapt and respond to challenges. It is this enterprising spirit that enables managers to turn their business into a market leader, shaping the next product or service innovation. This pathway enables you to develop your enterprise skills and test your capacity for entrepreneurial endeavour. From exploring how to launch new ventures, to examining the role of mobile technologies and digital organisations, you will have the opportunity to combine theory and practice, drawing on the discipline of entrepreneurship in creating new start-ups. The Enterprise and Innovation pathway harnesses and develops a variety of transferable skills, including problem-solving, ideation and innovation. You are encouraged to become an agile agent for change, learning techniques that channel entrepreneurialism and creativity in the context of business management.
