Course description, features and facilities The Graduate Diploma of Curriculum Studies provides relevant renewal to currently practising primary and secondary teachers in the areas of curriculum development, pedagogy and assessment and the use of ICT, aligned with the new requirements of the Australian Curriculum and in relation to national standards for teachers.
The course will affirm the central importance of discipline-based knowledge and skills, as well as general capabilities and cross-curriculum priorities, giving teachers the flexibility to shape classroom programs to take into account the different rates at which students develop and the diverse range of learning needs in the class.
