Course description, features and facilities Graduates of this course are skilled in (1) dealing independently with all routine forensic odontological casework; (2) the efficient referral of cases of special difficulty outside or beyond their expertise; (3) functioning under supervision as a member of a Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team; (4) the independent preparation of evidence for presentation to courts of law; and (5) being aware of their own need for further education in forensic odontology.
