Course programme
Candidates for the Graduate Diploma in Health Law complete 24 credit points, which is equivalent to 4 units of study. There are two compulsory units of study, Health Care & Professional Liability and Information Rights in Health Care. Students without a law degree must also complete the unit, Legal Reasoning & the Common Law System or Introduction to Law for Health Professionals. The remaining units of study are selected from a wide range of relevant electives.
