OUTLINE OF COURSE STRUCTURE

To be awarded the Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, students complete units of study totalling 36 credit points, comprising:

  • 18 credit points in core units of study – a six-credit point foundation unit and 12 credit points in compulsory advanced units; and
  • 18 credit points in elective units of study.


Core units

(i) Foundation unit - completed at the commencement of the course:

  • WORK5002 People, Work and Employment.

(ii) Advanced units:

  • WORK6017 Human Resource Strategies; and
  • WORK6033 Organisational Sustainability.
