Graphic Design: An Introduction

Graphic design is a constantly evolving discipline and is a dynamic and rewarding subject to study.

This beginners course will give you an understanding of fundamental design elements and principles. It includes an introduction to the components of any design project: typography, colour, form, grids and structure. Practical exercises will enable you to produce your own work, resulting in a small 'portfolio' by the end of the course. The course will also cover basic features of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, which will be used for some of the exercises.
