Description
Growing Edges offers courses and training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in the east of England. Programmes are designed to help people to establish and maintain a Mindfulness practice, to access everyday skills for managing the difficult things in like, and to recover a sense of physical and emotional balance. We follow the Kabat-Zinn approach to teaching Mindfulness, with comprehensive learning support materials, and experienced and committed practitioner-teachers. Group classes, intensives, workshops and one-to-one coaching is offered throughout the year in various locations.
