The qualification is aimed at participants who already work in food manufacturing and those who are being trained to work in the industry.
This qualification covers the principles of HACCP, including the procedures necessary to develop HACCP and how the principles are applied in a food production environment.
The Level 2 Certificate in HACCP is ideal for all people employed in food and business related to food who need to understand the principles of HACCP.
To make this program, there are no prerequisites, although it is recommended that people who want to participate already have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Manufacturing or equivalent and have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy / English or equivalent.
The objective of this training is to support people who are part of a HACCP team (hazard analysis and critical control points) within a manufacturing sector.
