Hairdressing Salon Services Certificate Entry Requirements

Entry Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent with good evidence of ability to achieve at a higher level.

Entry is subject to a successful interview. You will need to buy the salon uniform and equipment.

Content You will learn basic hairdressing skills and communication, assist stylists in the Define hairdressing salon including shampooing, conditioning, perming, colouring, reception and health and safety. You will also have the opportunity to study hairdressing related employment requirements and gain additional qualifications in Key Skills which will form part of your final qualifications. Progression This course will prepare you for NVQ Level 1 Hairdressing.
