Hand Embroidery

Course review:

We LOVE embroidery! This workshop will give you an excellent introduction to all aspects; we’ll teach you 4 - 5 of the more simple (yet versatile) stitches, and we’ll also chat about threads and fabrics, and transfer methods. You can bring along a light-coloured woven item to embroider if you like (pillow case, tea towel, cushion cover etc) or we can provide you with a piece of plain cotton to start on. We’ll share lots of design and style ideas to inspire you, and leave you desperate to embroider more when you get home! You’ll leave with a beautiful embroidered item and a detailed guide to the stitches covered, to refer back to when you get home. One 2 hour workshop designed for beginners. No experience necessary.
