The course was well delivered and engaging. The pace was perfect and the trainer was fun and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the sessions, they were interactive and will definitely make a difference. The consultant helped develop the confidence of all participants by using practical techniques/examples. His passion and confidence is what came across well. I will definitely be putting into practice all that we learnt.
