Course programme
Attend college every two weeks for the duration of the programme (two days per month) with continuous assessment in the workplace
Further study at university in a related subject such as nursing. Progression to higher level courses such as a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). Progression to the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Apprenticeship) is dependent upon the employer’s approval as the learner must be employed in a senior position.
Employment within the sector for a minimum of six months. The level of learning will depend on your experience and responsibilities that you have within your job role
