This course prepares you to do a variety of different jobs across the Health and Social Care sector. The qualification will develop your skills in line with the changing NHS and Social Care workforce, developing your skills, knowledge and understanding. The course includes a combination of theory and practical activities, allowing you to develop an understanding of the term ‘reablement’. You'll work, under supervision, with individuals to help improve their daily living.
