This course is aimed at care staff in any care, health and adult persons setting with managerial responsibilities.

Course Content:

Completion of 8 units in total, 4 core units:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of
  healthy and safe practices in the working environment
• Take responsibility for the continuing professional
  development of self and others
• Specialist unit: Develop practices, which promote choice,
  well-being and protection of all individuals
