Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty Training International (formerly known as The Holistic Training Centre) was established in 1992 by the Principal Helen McGuinness, who recognised the need for developing comprehensive part-time training programmes in complementary therapies and beauty therapy to meet industry and client requirements.

Courses can be linked together to build an individual learning programme, offering the maximum amount of flexibility. The Centre is different to most Further Education Colleges as students can access courses throughout the year and can complete training in a shorter time frame, as all courses are intensive.
