HIGHER NATIONAL CERTIFICATE IN ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING
Who is this course for?
This is a vocational programme whose primary aim is to enable students to develop high levels of technical competence. The course will develop student's abilities in aspects of problems concerned with engineering principles and applications through the systematic use of appropriate techniques for analysing, synthesising and evaluating.
PC based software products will be used to reinforce various key principles throughout the course.
How long is this course for?
2 years, part-time (one day or two evenings per week). If there is sufficient demand, the College will consider providing this programme on three days per week over one year.
Final mode of attendance will depend on enrolment numbers

How will I be assessed?
Students will be assessed on a regular basis throughout the programme using a range of appropriate assessment methods such as written and practical assignments, projects, case studies and presentations.
