This course introduces you to production make-up, wardrobe management and small props. As a team player with creative talent, you’ll need the ability to interpret production ideas from designers and directors.

The course offers an insight into the professional world of a range of production media such as film and theatre with external industrial visits and work placement opportunities across a broad array of production companies nationwide. This course provides you with the experience to apply skills and knowledge in a professional environment, working within a team or independently.

Applicants will typically require a minimum of 2 A levels at grade C or above, or a BTEC National Diploma/Certificate in a related subject area.

However, applications from those without such qualifications are welcomed. In this case, you will be expected to demonstrate an ability to complete the course successfully and will typically have appropriate professional experience and/or alternative qualifications.
