This degree combines the study of modern British, Irish and world history, focusing on Europe, America, Asia and Africa. You’ll approach history from many different directions, and a rich range of themes are present in our teaching: cultural history, economic and social history, gender history, public history, and political history. You’ll experience a community history project, field trips and work placement modules in the second and third years. Given the range of opportunities, it’s no wonder this course has continuous high levels of student satisfaction.
