Course Aims:
Designed with the approval of the major accountancy bodies in the UK, this course provides the skills to enable students to work confidently in the accounting section of any business.

Progression Opportunities:
The HNC allows progression to the following areas; HND Accounting, Association of Accounting Technicians, ACCA, CIMA, and CIPFA. In addition to these courses, the HNC will provide and route for general access to a series of university degrees.

Career Potential:
This course prepares students for a range of careers in banking and finance posts within the public and private sectors.

A variety of assessment methods are used through this course to prepare students for progression into the HND, university, professional accounting exams and employment.
