This course is operated under franchise from Cardiff Metropolitan University and affiliated with the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The course is designed for those who would like to pursue a career in the technical/professional areas of the Construction Industry i.e. Architectural design, Building maintenance & surveying, Quantity surveying, Site & project Management.
