About this course

On completion, students can progress onto the final year of BA (Hons) courses at University of South Wales including business studies, international business, business and finance, and business and accounting.

A typical offer is:
A Level = DD
BTEC L3 Extended Diploma = PPP
BTEC L3 Diploma = MP
Access = Pass
AAT3 = Pass.
Relevant work experience will be considered.
Record of prior learning and transfers
For students wishing to be considered for entry, the University of South Wales Group or partner college is able, in many instances and taking into consideration the requirements of relevant professional bodies, to accredit prior learning in accordance with its published regulations.

As part of this course there is an option to become a fully qualified accounts technician through the AAT.

There would be no additional tuition fees to study the AAT Level 3 Diploma alongside your HND in Year 1 and the Level 4 AAT Diploma in Year 2 at our Sketty Hall campus.

The course is delivered over three days. Students taking the AAT option will need to attend for a fourth day. A part time option is also available.

Additional information

UCAS code: NN41 Tuition fees are £7,500 per year. For academic year 2019/20, students will need to get a tuition fee loan for the full amount. The College is offering a £1,000 bursary per year towards full time HE courses starting in September 2019 (this is dependant on satisfactory course progression).
